Welcome.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support takes courage. Counselling offers a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what you’re facing — and I’m here to walk alongside you.

I’m a qualified counsellor (FdA in Therapeutic Counselling) and have worked in the field since 2011. I work in a relational way, believing that it’s the connection between therapist and client that allows healing to happen.

Alongside my private practice (since 2014), I’ve worked with Listening Post and ARA, supporting adults with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, loss, addiction, and self-esteem.Whatever you’re going through, I will meet you with empathy and respect. If you’d like to know more or ask any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Individual Counselling

Counselling offers a safe and confidential space to explore whatever may be troubling you — whether it’s something specific or a general sense that things aren’t quite right. I work in a relational and person-centred way, supporting you to better understand yourself and your experiences. Together, we can explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, loss, relationship difficulties, or low self-esteem, at a pace that feels right for you. My aim is to help you move toward greater self-acceptance, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.

Supervision

Supervision is a vital space for reflection, support, and growth in our work as therapists. I offer a collaborative and relational approach to supervision, where you can bring your full self — including challenges, doubts, and successes — without judgement. Drawing on my experience as both a counsellor and supervisor, I aim to create a supportive environment that encourages honest exploration, ethical practice, and continued personal and professional development.
